"Stay away!! After having them for several years I was told to shop around when I realized my bill had been increasing. I was paying $277 a month for a 2017 and found the exact same coverage from their competitor (another company on tv all the time, not a no name brand) for $146. After I cancelled my policy I was told I would be receiving my premium refund in the mail. After over a month and not receiving it I called the office and told they didn’t know why it wasn’t sent. Now after 2 months of not receiving it I call and had to get a call back due to system issues and told I should be receiving it any day. Btw, they verified and had my correct info on both phone calls. They never had to wait on my payments but evidently they don’t grant the stellar customer service when you find a better option. I’d stay far away from State Farm if you live in CA and this office is definitely not up to standard. Maybe they’re using my refund money to pay for their system issues?!?!"
